Marketing a home means different things to different people.

Some Realtors prefer to advertise properties with high tech gadgets.

  • 360° Web tours
  • Internet based programs
  • Auto Email alerts

Some Realtors prefer to advertise properties the old fashion way.

  • Print ads
  • Detailed brochures
  • Open houses

I like to use a bit of both approaches when I market homes for sale.

Love: Email alerts, open houses.

Hate: Web tours, brochures

New: Web Partners

But the one constant in my approach is that I want the customer speaking with me.

To do my job well, I have to sell:

  • The seller; you have to trust me with your listing.
  • The buyer; I have to educate them on the qualities of your home.
  • Their agent; I have to give them confidence that they are buying the right home for their customer.

There is no known substitution for a direct, honest and informative approach to selling.
