Knock Yourself Out

For those of you who love to play Realtor without a license; here is your page.

Listed below are several search engines that promise everything from price comparisons, to market evaluations to male enhancements....or at least that is what they tell me.

Lets start with a our company's self promo; as one of the largest Real Estate Companies in the World; www.remax.com features all listings available on line, plus lots of other useless..ah I mean useful info.

For true self promotion.......(cheesy realtor pics)....visit www.realtor.com very easy  to navigate, excellent site with just one big flaw, (tell ya when and if you call me)

Think you are the Donald? Love to invest? Lose your dough on Investor Loft

Want to live the "Vida Loca" overseas? Here's the site for you findire

The second tiered players;

www.zillow.com cool site, pretty in content, out of touch with reality but fun to make up your own values.

www.trulia.com the new in site, ask questions on line and get answers (I get into all sorts of trouble with this one)

www.craigslist.com this is great for checking out Realtors who have no listings or just troll the web for customers.

Then there are the cheapy sites www.hotpads.com, www.cyberhomes.com, www.propertyshark.com, www.redfin.com to name quite a few.........and of course our all time favorite www.buyowner.com, where every one can play Realtor.

BTW; all of these sites including company branded sites have the same flaw....

Do yourself a favor; start at any of these sites but always contact a local Realtor in the area that you are researching, only they have ALL the listings including quiet ones (AKA pocket listings).

Search the same way as explained in main search page, or make up your own style.

And here's my ONLY lead generating request, if you have questions about any listings that you find; send me a note at: javiergonzalezpa@bellsouth.net
