WALK THROUGH
A walk through is like a mini inspection to document any visible deficiencies in the property.
I do these to let the landlord and tenants know of any obvious problems prior to occupancy.
When and why I do walk through:
- One at start of lease / one at end of lease
- Things checked (click here to see sample of walk through)
- Done for security deposit disputes
By taking the time to do a walk through we can avoid disputes and misunderstandings at the end of the lease term.
