WALK THROUGH

I do these to let the landlord and tenants know of any obvious problems prior to occupancy.

When and why I do walk through:

  • One at start of lease / one at end of lease
  • Things checked (click here to see sample of walk through)
  • Done for security deposit disputes

By taking the time to do a walk through we can avoid disputes and misunderstandings at the end of the lease term.
