Truth is; while standards have tighten there is lots of dough to be lent and loan programs to be had, question is which one is the right one for you?

Once you have that amount, that's what I can base my search in finding you the perfect place but it does not mean what you can truly qualify for; hence why a Pre Qualification letter is very important.
A Pre Qual (we’re pro’s now) takes into account several factors; Credit rating, down payment, income and expenses to establish affordability and should come from a reputable lender.
So forget mortgage calculators, indexes, rates and on line financial tools; contact a lender first.
