Rats, roaches the size of rats, fleas, ants, ticks and neighbors. (No, sorry that's a different type of exterminator). Don't forget the dreaded termite!!

Some bug tips:

Rats are blind, they scoot along walls and they don't eat cheese. They like pet food, so keep Fido's bowl empty when not in use. (by the way, dogs really like cheese, try it).
Walk the outside of your home and seal all holes and gaps in walls. Focus on where A/C and plumbing lines pass through the walls.
Fleas breed every 21 days, if they are inside your home use 20 Mule Team Borax. Sprinkle it along baseboards once every 3 weeks and for $5.00 you'll get rid of them, it is also great for whitening clothes.
