Not the sensation you have when you hear a hurricane is coming to blow your house down, but the blessed protective coverings that will make you feel safe during our precious low pressure systems. Whoever named these things had a little schooling in classical conditioning. (i.e. A hurricane is coming??? The thought makes me shudder! Speaking of shutter, we should buy some.) What a marketing technique!
Anyway, shutters (like bikinis) are clearly more expensive during the summer because everyone's rushing to get them before all the action starts. If you've survived this hurricane season without shutters, put them on your to do list for the winter.
