They bid on the scope of the job. Small jobs usually cost more than you expect.
They quote in today's cost, don't expect the same price 60 days later
There are 3 types of pricing out on the market. Good, better, best. Be prepared to pay accordingly.
Always try to get at least 3 quotes for your project.
